The Challenge A corner plot, the parking was a challenge and so was the shape of the plot. Maximizing the floor area without compromising on aesthetics was another tricky issue.
The Solution: The team strategized and came up with a pentagonal design, leaving enough room for natural ventilation and sunlight.
Delivery Standards: From concept to drawings to all contracting, PMC Resource was the client's single point contact. The lift, plumbing, electrical works and fire-fighting regulations were also out in place.

The Challenge: The land area was a challenge with little room to maneuver.
The Solution: Our team took advantage of the permissible height to the maximum and maximized the use of glass facades keeping in mind the end use.
Delivery Standards: Took care of snag list clearance, civil invoice reconciliation, leasing, rental collection, maintenance and cleaning. Also done were the lift, plumbing, electrical works, glazing and facading. Firefighting regulations were also out in place.
